Some of our members are already on vacation so even though we were a small group this week, we accomplished a great deal. Janis, a new member, learned to put a 9 patch together by machine using scrap fabric. Next week she will make it again using the fabric of her choice for a pillow. Hinda has started to sew her denim squares together. Also, we pinned 2 quilts and they are now ready for quilting.
Rina, brought in show and tell. She has started to make place mats to be given away as gifts. This will be a great way to practice her stippling too.
